Shareholder benefits
As a shareholder in Quartiers Properties with at least 2,000 shares, we offer you and your family (spouse/partner and own children under 18 years) shareholder benefits. To use the benefits, you must be included in the booking.
Please note that:
- The discount applies only to regular prices and cannot be combined with other offers.
- The benefit is reserved for individuals, not companies.

Booking process
To book your stay, please contact the Boho Club reception. Booking requests are accepted in both English and Spanish. You can either book directly through the reception or receive a unique code to use when booking through the Boho Club website. This makes it easy and convenient for you to plan your stay.
Exclusive discount
As a shareholder, you get a 20% discount on rooms. This is a great way to enjoy high quality service and comfortable rooms at a favourable price.
Dinner special offer
When you book at least two nights’ accommodation at the hotel, we include dinner with a tasting menu for the people staying in the paying room.
To make your meal even more special, a bottle of house wine or a non-alcoholic alternative and water are also included.
This offer is the perfect way to round off a day full of experiences or to celebrate a special occasion.
Benefits conditions
To use shareholder benefits at Quartiers Properties:
Share register reading: You must be registered in the share register to qualify and the last reading was done on 1 March 2024. A new extra reading to enable bookings for March and April will be done on 15 March and will be available for bookings made from 21 March onwards.
Example: For a stay on 25 April, you must be on the share book from 1 April.
Check Registration Time: Contact your trustee to know how quickly share purchases are registered in the share register, so you don’t miss out on your benefits.
These steps ensure that you can use your benefits correctly.
